You don't need to be in Melbourne to work with me
While I’m based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, mortgage broking doesn’t require us to be in the same city, and a growing number of my clients are interstate. I currently work with people in Adelaide, Sydney and the Sunshine Coast, alongside my Melbourne-based clients, and the process is exactly the same: a proper conversation about your full situation, followed by independent advice across a panel of lenders.
Everything happens over phone, video call and email, so distance isn’t a barrier to getting the same level of attention a Melbourne-based client would get. If you’re outside Victoria and looking for a broker who’ll actually take the time to understand your situation, that’s exactly what I do, regardless of where you’re based.

Does it matter which state I'm buying in?
I can help arrange finance for property in most states, though lender policies do vary by location. We'll work through the specifics together, wherever your property is.
